JFK. Their is no need to convince you. I get about because I have always grafted. But like some on here who would be truthful have had tough times and suffered mental health be it panic attacks, anxiety , addictions, divorce. Loneliness is the killer. That's why wish genuinely Norman was renamed Normanlotsofmates.
Its surrounding yourself by good people. I get about because I am blessed to surround myself with good people . When I don't, I fuck up. When I'm too proud to ask for help things aren't so great. I do not want to argue with you. Or convince you. I left the Army in 2001 and only getting rehabilitation and skills and resettlement now. If you don't trust me. Fine. But trust some of the day one crowd. Or read back the post Defjam dropped me to my mum's. Etc. We are all different. We all have different traits . Different outlooks and opinions. But we are all West Ham and banter is what makes this site. Meet ups are ridiculous. We all bleed claret and blue. I'm the true no-mate spent Xmas on tod. No complaints.
